Job Details :
Candidate must be a Graduate from a Recognised University
Good communication skills
Should be able to propose value adds and ideas for improvement
Candidate must have Good analytical skills
Good observation and understanding
Good understanding software engineering principles
Working knowledge of the estimation, planning, tracking and reporting tools (e.g. mpp)
Exposure to the various standards and regulations
Abstraction and analytical skills especially statistical

Duties And Responsibilities :-
Estimate and plan the project resources, budget, schedule
Track the project and report on status to various stakeholders
Manage project risks and ensure the timely completion of projects
Deliver projects on-time, within planned budget and required quality level
Manage the team, and teammates career aspirations
Develop and manage competencies to meet the current and future needs of the program
Interface with stakeholders and customers for clarifications, escalations etc
