Job Details :
• Candidate must be a Graduate from a Recognised University
• Conduct KYC compliance review
• Review of new products and process notes.
• Assist in providing KYC compliance training to the staff.
• Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual submission to Board / Audit & Compliance Committee

Skills Required :
• In depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for the banks in India particularly RBI & FEMA requirements
• Good research capabilities and intelligent interpretation of regulatory guidelines.
• Good knowledge of all the elements (commercial, operational) of banking areas like Retail Banking, Trade, Remittances, Treasury, Loans & Advances e.t.c.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and be very effective in a start up
• Good interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities Include :-
Candidates Primary responsibility is to evaluate, how a "Proposed" facility (Integrated plant, Grinding Unit,
Ware House etc...) will affect the cost and service of the entire supply chain network.
The capability to understand/develop each possible network scenario/ linkage with accurate input data for deriving most feasible network solution.
Evaluation of the alternate network solutions with reference to business objective and operational feasibility.
The challenge lies in convincing and working with various functional teams on proposed network initiative and for its implementation for achievement of defined objective.
