support by helping them to connect from their homes via VPN
Knowledge on UNIX or MAC is an added advantage
Single point of contact primarily for US customer and across the globe
Experience in handling Internet related and operating system issues.
Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN/Wi-Fi/LAN will be an added advantage
Experience in Windows XP/Windows 7 & ie8? Responsible in handling incoming Calls/Emails/Chats/Web? Exposure to 24 x 7 support.
Gather basic facts and follow escalation procedures for issues.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Exposure in ITIL Framework
100% adherence in logging of Incidents/Request/Problem tickets
