Job Details:
Candidate should possesss BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA degree from a recognised university.
Candidate Should have exp in application support. Strong in PC, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
Good in OS troubleshooting (Win 7 apart from win 2K, XP, etc)
Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
Exposure to Lotus notes, MS Outlook, MS word, MS excel and Media back up
Knowledge on Blackberry configuration
Knowledge on desktop, laptop inventory
Good interpersonal, Analytical skills, Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems
Willingness to learn and zeal towards providing desktop support and handling IT tickets
Willing to work 24/7
Skills Required :
Candidate must have good Communication Skills
Candidate must be proficient in English both verbal and Written
Candidate with exp in the same Industry is Preffered
