1. Duties and Responsibilities Include Providing voice support to IBM internal end users and external commercial account end users across North America, EMEA and AP.
2. Candidate has to handle Inbound calls, emails and chats regarding technical issues for end users.
3.Candidate must know the Basic Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
4.Browser Support – Internet Explorer
5.Candidate must posses Strong computer skills required
