The placement would be at HO Trivandrum and the candidate should be willing to relocate to Trivandrum immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities
To support in effective HR management ensuring proper employee documentation.
Background Verification checks,appointment letter generation.
Processing of Transfers / Exits / Promotion within set timelines.
Work closely with the HR team and support them in meeting their objectives through regular analysis of activities and respective TATs.
Periodic analysis and reporting.
Timely Tracking and ensuring proper closure of Document Discrepancies, Insufficiency and Documents in Transit cases.
