Experience in MIF and worked on User exit and Processing class
Experience in Maximo Customization - MBO, Bean Class, Field Level Class, Custom Action
Java Development Experience
Knowledge of BIRT Reporting
Maximo functional knowledge - EAM or TSRM
Client Interaction and requirement gathering experience will be added advantage
Should be able to propose value adds and ideas for improvement
Good communication skills
