Must posses 8+ yrs of Experience in Unix,Jenkins, GIT Etc.,
Candidate must posses Good communication skills.
Candidate must posses Good analytical & logical thinking.
Must be a self-starter and quick learner
Must have good troubleshooting and reporting skills
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with in team and with other teams
Need to effectively collaborate with teams like PD/QA/RM on a daily basis
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Maintain eBay/PayPal Global Engineering Systems and Environments
Root cause analysis of the top issues and tracking it to closure.
Maintain development/QA environments.
Proficiency in the sys. admin role.
Handle GIT queries ranging from basic user education to complex scenarios
Knowledge of SCM systems such as (Git, SVN, ClearCase, etc…)
Strong Linux/Unix scripting skills
Good in one or more of Python, PERL, C++, Java
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Being the single point of contact for the issues reported and works with different teams for the issues to be tracked and closed.
