Frameworks (Spring, Struts, JSF), iBatis.
Candidate should have Experience with source code management techniques/tools (SVN, Maven)
Candidate should have Experience with IDE's such as RAD, Eclipse; Databases, Store Procedures
( Sybase, MySQL); Web Services (SOAP and RESTful) is a MUST.
Candidate must have Good analytical skills
Candidate must have Good Internet surfing and research skills
