Primary Responsibilities
This is a back office customer service role which involves letter writing.
The role requires an individual to comprehend and articulate a query or complaint raised by the customer and be able to provide an effective and accurate response to it.
The individual is expected to take ownership and responsibility for personal performance targets.
Skill Sets:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Only Graduates (BE/BTech & MBA’s are excluded)
3. Freshers are considered
4 Should be Willing to work in UK shifts (till 1 am)
5. Candidates with good analytical skills will also be preferred
